Become a volunteer at Kingston Neighbourhood House and give back to the community.
Volunteer
Volunteers are at the heart of Kingston Neighbourhood House. Whether you’re looking to give back, build new skills, meet people, or simply be part of something meaningful – we’d love to welcome you.
Volunteering with us is a great way to connect with your community and make a real difference in people’s lives. From helping in the kitchen at community lunches, to tending the community garden, supporting programs and events, or assisting with admin, there is something to suit every interest, skill level, and availability.
You don’t need any special experience – just a warm heart, a willingness to lend a hand, and a commitment to inclusivity and respect. We let you guide how and when you would like to volunteer and all roles are guided by your own skills and interests. We value diversity and welcome volunteers of all ages, backgrounds, genders and walks of life.
When you volunteer at Kingston Neighbourhood House, you become part of a team that’s friendly, supportive, and passionate about community. You’ll receive an induction and ongoing support, and we’re happy to help you work towards any personal or professional goals you may have. Whether you’re here for a short time or a longer journey, your contribution is always valued. If you’re interested in volunteering with us, we’d love to chat. Drop in, give us a call, or send us an email to find out more about how to get involved.
Together, we can help make Kingston a stronger and more connected community.
