Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience in policy, project management, governance, risk management and community engagement across the health, disability, and broader social sectors. She has worked within government delivering strategic policy advice and leading initiatives that strengthen community organisations, drive long-term reform, and improve health and social outcomes. 

Stephanie's career spans both operational and strategic roles, giving her a deep understanding of how policy intent translates into practice to deliver real-world impacts. Passionate about inclusion and collaboration, Stephanie enjoys building strong and trusted relationships, supporting effective governance, building capacity of teams and organisations more broadly, and helping create meaningful and positive change.
